tail?

Do girl torts swing their tail to the side too?
Mine are too young to sex but just wondered as when they're walking around 80% of the time the tail is tucked up! Also its pretty funny as they swing tails from left to right hehe they look happy when they do that :)

I don't think I have any butt pics of them, they are sleeping as its night time here. I will get some tomorrow :) maybe even get a video up of the happy tails :D

Yes, despite popular myth, it's common for females of many species to do so. It is somewhat dependent upon species and the typical adult development (length & girth) of their tail.

Yes both of my red's swing their tails. One male about 8" and one female about 7". The males name is wags for this reason.
