Can anyone please tell me how hard these are to find CBB and how they would fair in Arizona?

Not likely to ever find any in the US. Some were imported, but didn't do well and I don't think anyone ever bred them. :(
The closest your going to find are Libyans, T.g.cyrenaica CBB in the US.

I keep 2 libyans, and I am in So Cal. I'm new to them and still learning. They are outside pretty much all the time now, but I brought them in at night over the winter. I'm hoping for some eggs this year. If I get some I will let you know!
