Hey everyone!

I've recently switched to a different diet for my Leopard. He's been munching up his dandelion, and has (unknowingly I assume) eaten some grass from my lawn. I'm trying to work the grass in slowly to his diet. Is store bought dandelion ok for him? He I would just go outside and pluck some dandelion out from the yard, but not too much has grown yet. So if you could, an answer would be appreciated. Thanks!

Regular leopards are often not fond of grass. They prefer weeds, leaves, flowers and succulents.

Store bought dandelions are a different species than the wild ones growing outside, but yes, they are good as part of a varied diet.

my leos learned to eat grass on their own. at first they never paid attention to the grass in their pen and prefered the weeds. now i have to close off sections just to allow regrowth.
