hi can anybody tell me what this is i got them at the supermarket simply labelled greens.

It looks like Chinese cabbage to me, but it could also be Collards. Either way it's fine to feed once in a while, but not on a regular basis.

Either of them *can* cause gout if fed too much...

I don't think they are Collards because I've seen those before and they are darker.
