That is awful! A 75 gallon tank! I live in Florida, but it is too far from me.
That is absolutely 100 percent ridiculous! and the fact that they said you only need a bag of kale or salad mix for the week! a bag of kale salad mix last about 1 maybe two days with a tortoise that old. he probably can't even turn around in that glass cage...With NO LIGHTING or heat source ...nothing that poor guy has nothing !

Man some people! I would consider going to get him but I live in canada and there is no way they will allow me to bring him across the boarder.
