Hi qming:
I'm not Tom, but I wanted to welcome you to the Forum! You've come to the right place to learn how to care for your sulcata. How old is it? You have to start them out as babies using the moist method. If your tortoise is an older animal, then it's probably too late to use this method.
But give us some more info, and we'll see what we can do for you.
qming said:my sulcy is 6cm, I maintain a turtle with diet, vegetables Siomak and hibiscus flowers. cocopit watered using as base. with 40 watt bulbs, using hidding cave. hiumydity 65-80%. temperature of 29-31 degrees celsius. turn the lights on 24 hours a day.
my sulky get soak every day around 1 hour 9-10 am
and still my sulcy still pyramiding ... what i do wrong?

(Tom: Would you like me to move qming's part of this posting to his own thread?)

I think Tom will answer you in details, but he will prefer pictures of your enclosure. Anyway, I assume you come from Indonesia, as I saw similar question in local forum...
So to make things clear for people here, siomak = variant of lettuce from China (I think I found somewhere that people calling it Indian lettuce, at least the picture looks similar to me with siomak). Hobbyists here consider it safe for staple diet, I think due to it mostly acts as fillers only...
And for your routine care, my comments are:
1. Does it start with pyramiding already when you purchase it? Or do you have any picture of it before?
2. How long since you bought it?
3. You need more food variation.
4. You might need higher humidity, especially at the hiding cave, that is if you strictly follow Tom's method. And are you really sure about the temperature and humidity? What kind of meters are you using?
5. Turn the light off every night.
6. Does your sulcata get UVB or sunlight? How long per day for each?
I'm sure other people will chime in and give you more detail instructions or questions.
Cheer.

A few observations:
1. You say 29-31. Where? There are four temps to be concerned with. Warm side, cool side, basking spot and night. For baby sulcatas I like a background ambient temp of no lower than 26-27 day and night with a basking spot of around 37-38 in one spot. They need it warm at night, but still dark. A ceramic heating element set on a thermostat works well to maintain your ambient.
2. Diet needs a lot more variety. There is a section here on the forum with pics for weeds ID. See if any look familiar. Also try to get some tender young grass and chop it all up into tiny pieces and sprinkle over the food.
3. Is your hide a humid hide? A cave with the whole front open is not going to hold in humidity. I like to use plastic tubs with a small hole cut out for a humid hide.
4. Do you spray the shell? I recommend 3-4 times a day with plain water.
There are a lot of factors, but generally pyramiding occurs with growth in conditions that are too dry. If your tortoise is pyramiding, I'm going to guess its too dry. If you make it wetter make sure your temps stay warm all the time. Cool and wet can equal a sick tortoise. Warm and wet simulates the African rainy season and leads to smooth healthy growth.
