Sulcata not eating

Hi, my son was gifted a sulcata tortoise, we have it with a heat light and feed it mostly green with some vitamins but I am worried because it has not been eating well the last 3 days and it looks like it drags his back legs to walk

If you only have one heat light it's likely not warm enough.
Must have a basking flood bulb that reaches 95-100 at tort level
Also needs 80% humidity and daily warm water soaks. The rest of the enclosure needs to be 80-85 day and night and it must have uvb
Please read the links SinLA posted for you and make all needed changes.
Also just greens if they are only lettuce is not a proper diet.
