Thank u [emoji16]It's plain to see that you've got the humidity covered. Nice improvising! I've always said those guinea pig cages don't work for tortoises, but you've plainly made it work!
Thank u [emoji1]Great looking. I agree with Yvonne when I see or hear “cage” I cringe a bit, but, you’ve made some nice modifications. Shrink wrapped, plants, a hide or two, etc.
The only thing I would suggest is to sink the watering dish down level into the substrate. A lot easier for a tort to sink down into a dish.
LastLy, not sure of your substrate, but it looks like it has perlite mixed in. Id slowly swap all of that out and replace with orchid bark, coco coir, peat moss/cypress mulch blend.
Good luck. Time to start thinking about expanding.
Thank u [emoji1]
There's no perlite mixed in don't worry and yes totally forgot to sink the water dish in gonna change that real quick [emoji106]
Under the big rock there's a flat stone plate and I dug a hole under it its humid and safe but I changed the setupLooks great! I can't tell but do you have a hide for the tortoise?
