sulcata food???

Can I feed these to my sulcata's everyday bell pepper, wombok, water spinach/kangkong, finely chopped orchard hay, grated carrots and winter squash?

I have found the best diet is a variety of foods and not the same exact ones daily, as they benefit from the nutrients/vitamins that are in each food.

Bell pepper, carrot and squash should not be fed everyday but once in a while. I am not sure about the other ones, so I will let somebody else answer you on those ones .

I changed their diet today so far so good, I also added mazuri on their diet, I'm gonna give it to them once or twice a week. Thanks Murdocjunior, Tortielover, and Isa!!!
