Submarine or not?

I'm not so sure, Kerry swears it is. Well, is it a boat(sub) or landmass? (Open in new tab for larger view)

This was taken in NY as we drove near Coney Island....which island we were on, I'm not sure, we may have been on Staten.

Okay, we have an obvious island to the right/center. From there going left we have 3 Poles 50' tall with what looks like a ship behind it creating an illusion or a platform on it...within, then a small buoy then the mystery object to the left of that.

Anyone in the underwater service will recognize the silhouette if it's a boat I'm guessing?

I don't know but thought it was cool.

I believe you are correct.
But that just makes the object MORE mysterious
