Squeak sound

Hello, some of my box turtles makes a squeaky sound whenever they swallow food. It sounds similar to the squeaks guinea pig but less high pitched. What can I do, is it normal?

Maybe it’s the beak Rubbing making the sound. I’ll let other experienced members answer.
