We were talking in another thread about " a day in the life" of hatchlings. It was in regard to leopards so I hope this still counts....

I am still playing around with the enclosures and which animals get camera time:) I will try and keep my fingers and hands out of view:rolleyes:
I welcome any and all questions.

Yeah, a bit anti-climactic:( They are mostly snoozing after a huge mulberry breakfast as you can see. Sorry about that.

There are 9 sullies in there currently. The 2 bigger ones are yearling Ivory hets. The other 7 are 6-7 months old. We are in the process of a making a new enclosure for the yearlings so they will be moved.

I tried to put a couple of petunias from the flower garden in with them. I knew they wouldn't last long but they didn't even make it 4 hours:)

they are so active! They are all roaming all over the place. My redfoot comes out for about 15 min each morning (about 7) and i don't see him the rest of the day.

Our Redfoot hatchlings do the same thing as yours. They like it darker and more quiet. Our sullies and leos are not shy at all and are always on the hunt for food.
We also linked the webcam on the homepage of our new website:cool:
