spot on his jaw

I'm not sure how to write my own post so I'm writing on here sorry I have 9 month old Russian tortoise called raffi but I have noticed something at the ends of his jaw so sides of his mouth it looks like growths or something I have a picture but I'm so worried and not sure if it's normal or not

I've moved your thread to the "Health" section. In the future if you want to start a new thread, you just go to the section you want to post in..let's say "Russian Tortoises" and when that screen come up just click on "Post New Thread."

I think the spot you're talking about is excess skin. Maybe at one time he had an injury at the corner of his mouth - this sometimes happens, and now the scab or excess skin is going to peel off. I doubt it's anything to worry about. Just keep your eye on it and maybe take him to the vet if it looks like it's getting infected or starts to bleed.
