Hey all
So Millie just came out of the bath and I realized she was passing urates, so I put her back...and then this popped out. That doesn't look like it was very fun to pass
As a quick reference -
Millie is a 3 (ish) month old RT
I soak her every day for about 20 minutes in warm water
The humidity level in her enclosure ranges from 50-70's, usually staying around 60% but it does vary as the day goes on and I monitor/make adjustments.
I also mist her once or twice throughout the day and spray down her enclosure at least twice a day.
Yesterday she passed a bit and I thought it looked a little solid, but nothing like this. This was hard, and I put my (raggedly bitten) thumb next to it to show size.
I'm guessing that somewhere, somehow in the past few days she was dehydrated? The weather has been nice out for the past few days, so we've all been spending some time outdoors...but no more than 30 minutes to an hour before back in for a soak.
Not sure what to change about my current set up to make it better, so thought I would ask
Also, if anyone could tell me how long it takes for something like that to form? So, for example, am I looking at the result of dehydration from a week ago, or from yesterday?
Thank you in advance!!
