Soaking depth

Is this deep enough to soak? I read somewhere it should be up to where the shell and plastron meets, is this true?

Hi! it should be right up to where the two parts of the shell meet. Over but not above that bottom part that kinda looks like a bed skirt!

No problem, I would be sooo scared my baby russian was going to drown every time I would soak her. One time she actually fell asleep! She almost gave me a heart attack!!
