Sleeping more

Hi all,

My 3 year old tortoise I believe is trying to start the Brumation process (sleeping more, eating less, less active, burying deeper more recently than before). No signs of illness. I didn’t want her to brumate this year as this is my first year having her and she did have a respiratory infection this year. How do i stop this process (if i can at all?). She is only kept indoors

Have lights on longer 12-14 hours a day and be sure it's a well light enclosure or room where she is. Also do not let night temps get below 70-75.
She will likely still slow down and eat a lot less and sleep more, my Russian does but I still feed daily and soak him about once a month or so.
