Ok, so i picked up Alfie yesterday from the shop. I havent weighed her yet, but she seems to be healthy and in good shape

She is, however, shredding some skin on her face. I have never seen this happen close to her eyes before. I had to give it a clean after a soak with a cotton bud as it was about to go into her eye. Is this normal?
Last night, she dug a hole under her lamp and slept there. Tempratures are the same as before i had the lights on a good 6 hours before she went into her vivarium. In fact, she has yet to go into her hide at all. She is eating well as normal and showing no other signs of illness.
Any ideas?
