Should I cut the grass?

My sulcata is finally coming in and out of his night box on his own.
Should I cut the grass, half his yard is taller than him, figured I would just let him eat it down, what do y’all think?

He will probably flatten it down by walking on it, and it’s a great source of food. I vote keep it.

You could cut one swath straight down the middle. Lucky you....GRASS growing!

I'd let it grow a little more, and then cut some strips through it with a weed wacker or mower.

Ok cool, I will let it be, he already has paths beaten down. I was scared to cut, I don’t think it will stay tall for long.

No no no... A swath is much wider than a strip. I would only cut a strip. You go cutting an entire swath, you might as well mow the whole thing!!! Sheesh!
