shell stains from substrate

Hey guys,
I noticed when I took Baby Torterra out for her first out door exploration that her shell is a bit yellow and stained from the substrate (I'm guessing). Is there a way to get rid of that or is it normal as they grow?

Thank you I wasn't sure if it was normal. Her lighter growth use to be so white.

They can go through a bit of color changes as they grow. It's beautiful, nothing to worry about.
