Shell Rot??

when I bought Franklin I was told the white marks were because he was growing..I just notice one looks maybe gray on the upper right and I am concerned :(....does anyone know if the marks are ok??...I tried to google and look at pics but am too nervous and would rather ask here...thanks again

Shell rot is usually on their plastron (belly side) and it's caused by them soending too much time on wet substrate. Your pics show beautiful carapace (top shell) and look like normal growth marks to me:)

In the process of shipping wild caught tortoises, they often pick up a few dents and dings.
