Shell rot?

Hello I have noticed these spots on my Russians belly, the humidity is at where it should be along with temp and uvb

Ok sorry to bug you, I saw some white little rings kinda on her underside and freaked out, I think sometimes I overreact.

Never a bother. Sometimes they get what kinda looks like water marks, like what looks like a water mark say on a glass. That's normal. New growth will appear white/yellowish white, that too is normal.
