Does my torts shell look ok? The white squiggles on its shell look strange to me is this normal?
He is fed well, on weeds, watercress, and I give him calcium powder plus regular baths.

Yes, quite normal, we see these squiggles quite a lot, especially on Russians, it seems. 
Beautiful shell colors. Don't worry about the squiggles. One thing I'd suggest is to raise the humidity in his enclosure to get that shell to grow smoother from now on
