Shell issue pics.... Any ideas?

Looks like peeling off, dunno if it's shedding or something I should be concerned about. Sorry bout the pics I know they're not too good, but you can see the discoloration.

Could it be an abrasion from rubbing against the walls of its enclosure?? Do you have concrete block or such for the enclosure, just looks like on the sides and not on the back of its shell. How does the bottom of the shell look?

Everyhing else appear fine, I've only had him about 2 wks or so, that seems feasible though. I have him in a glass terrarium now, no rocks to rub against. I just checked out his bottom half and it looks normal.

I agree with Danny. Also, tortoise scutes do not shed like water turtles do. If you ever see any peeling or lifting on your tortoise, it is not normal.
