Shell damage?

Bathing my tortoise today I noticed some marking on the under side of her shell pretty sure it wasn't their before but I have been away and she was being looked after by a close friend who knows what to do with tortoises unsure if it's just a little wear and tear on her shell or something much more serious? thanks Fay and thomasina x

That's what shell rot looks like when it first starts out. Clean the spots well by scrubbing with a tooth brush, then dab on some athlete foot cream. Treat with the cream for a couple weeks. Are you keeping this tortoise on wet substrate? Is this a Hermanni?

It's a hermanns yes and she's been kept outside in the garden (I'm in the east miss of England)or inside on a a combination of coco soil and top soil I don't keep it that wet cause she doesn't like it it would be worth taking her to the vets too? I kinda planned on it anyway would this have happened over the last few days? Or more like weeks?
