Shedding or rot, sorry i know this is on here alot.

Is this shedding on the shell or shell rot, it feels rough and it seems like it's just air under a scute that's taking a while to shed but I just want to make sure. It's not soft and dosnt seems to hurt her in anyway when touched or poked.

That is probably just scutes getting ready to shed off.
