Yes, cinder blocks will definitely stop any perv, unless that perv is a sulcata. That's too much perv for a single wall of non-reinforced cinder blocks to stop.

I've got the same issue with my male Redfoot. He's not even near the females and he's clucking like a chicken and going nuts!

My RF too! I could here him in the middle of the night!
I divided that!
Then outside he just hunted her down!! I would pick him up and he would bee line towards her! I put up a 15' barrier with one opening and he smells her out! Finally got added two cinderblocks and stopped him in his tracks! Once a week I give him a chance but he loses his privilege.



My husband feels bad for him and said "he has pent up demand!" Lol!!
