Hello, I have a 3 year old salcata, unfortunately a dog got hold of her, luckily she was ok just a few teeth marks and scrapes on the shell. Does anyone know if I can help with the growth back of the shell, I've been told plenty of baths and she has calcium on her food
Thanks

Any she'll pieces that were removed or scratched unfortunately won't be the same. I'd scrub the areas affected with some hibiclense(chlorohexadine) and then place antibiotic ointment on thoughz

Yes all that's been done as instructed by the vets, was just wondering if there is anything else I can use in his recovery?

For his recovery, keep the damn dog away from him. In captivity, the largest predator of captive tortoises is the family dog. They don't do it to be mean, just "playing" ummmhummm. Dogs and tortoises do not mix, your dog has already proved he can't be trusted with the tortoise....
With all due respect it spelled SULCATA....:)
