I've never seen plants like those, you could check out the tortoisetable. If that doesn't have it I just wouldn't feed it to your tortoise.

i think it's thetortoisetable.com or . org I'm not sure on the ending, but it gives pictures and the names if tons of plants and if they are safe for tortoises, and even how often they should be consumed sometimes.

when in doubt, leave it out, it is a pretty weed but have no idea if it's safe

the first picture almost looked like a poinsettia (which is not safe), but I'm really not sure. Probably safest to leave it out...I take it that it is growing naturally in your yard/lawn/garden? We don't have that as a weed here in SoCal...
