Plants that are safe?

I have a few plants around my yard that I am curious about if my Russian can eat. I have some Hibiscus plants and also some azalea bushes. Are either of them toxic to my tort? I am just scared to feed them to him if they arent safe. What are a few that are common that grow here in the south that I may feed him.:)

Hibiscus plants are great for Russians, they leaves and flowers are a favorite. However Azaleas can be toxic, so they should be avoided.

The hibiscus is edible and nutritious, however the azalea is toxic.

Sorry Steve...I merged two threads into one and didn't realize you had already given the answer.
