Safe or no?

i'm trying to plant more perennials in my outdoor enclosure. So I have some for next year.

I don't know that species, but if its a HD plant, it is full of systemic pesticides. I wouldn't use that.

If this species of plant is safe, I'd grow it from seed.

It's going outside and fenced off for a year until the chemicals disperse. I've already grown mallow, and echinacea. Ok, I'll keep searching thank you.

Coreopsis is a safe plant. I planted it last year and it came back with a vengeance.
