It lasts a long time in the fridge, made from ground up weeds, etc.
During the cooler months when there are not as many options, I use Spring salad mix as a base, and then try to find 2-3 different greens each week to rotate based on this list, from the diet section of our forum:

They definitely have their favorites, but I keep offering a variety, and as time goes by, they adapt.

Thanks people's yeah she certainly eats all rite she eats everything I give her

For my Red Footed Tortoise I use Repto Life. I just sprinkle some on her meals every so often. It helps get that calcium in her diet. Its available at any major pet store.
