Russian tortoise lighting help ?

hi i am thinking about getting a Russian tortoise and just want a bit of advice with uv lighting.
could anyone please tell me if any of these two lights are suitable for a Russian tortoise and what one is better?

Arcadia D3+ 12% Reptile Lamp 25W 30in
or
Arcadia Desert 10% Lamp 25w 30"

These seem to be a popular light in the UK....I have no personal experience with them....however, my post here will bump your thread back to the front and perhaps someone from the UK will have a personal review to share with you....
