Hello, I recently found this tortoise on the road at my local airport in South Florida. Over the past 4 years of going to this airport, I have never seen a tortoise before. Would someone be able to tell me if this is someone’s pet Russian tortoise? Or is this a wild gopher which I should relocate where it would be safer for it?
