RT sleeping all the time

Ok so Thor has been acting strangely recently and is starting to worry me. Today he didn't come out his hide except to eat and same goes for yesterday. The temps in his enclosure are good at 98 basking spot and 75 on the cool end. What's wrong with him?

How old are your UV bulbs and how long has it been since he had a outdoor day?

Also, what hours do you have your lights on? And what type of lights are you using?

He came out today after a long warm soak so he should be fine thanks for the replies though
