RFs and mulbery leaves

Sorry another question!
I want to give Alan mulberry leaves but my mum tells me there are white or black berried mulberry bushes. She said the white ones are eaten by silkworms but silkworms don't eat the black ones because they're toxic. Im worried about which mulberry bush is okay for a tortoise? Your feedback would be gratefully received as my mum has brought round a bag of black berried mulberry leaves :s

Both are good food. My RFs eat the red mulberry, both leaves and fruit.
