Around 165 days ago this little guy was an egg!

I think it's been worth the wait... ( be sure to "resize" 2 X ).

Not quite 2" SCL -

The minute details of these hatchlings is beyond amazing to me... and to have a camera that I can share that with others.

This was the very first time he has ever seen light so I didn't want to expose him to too much 'flash' -

We can only imagine what he will grow up to be. And his sibling is out of the egg on his own and is absorbing his yolk-sac as well.. looks like past the danger point.

I had no concept of size til I realized that is your hand in the last two photos... Absolutely amazing, something that I have always appreciated is that these guys are a perfect miniature when they are born.

These last 3 have had no [ "red" ] color but the pale vanilla marginal tips and a few scales on this ones feet. Don't ya just love those on the bottom of his feet and his "spurs" on his elbows?!

I agree TerryO...
