I have noticed that my baby redfoot has a small bump on her shell. What could that mean?

I personally don’t have much experience with redfoots, but it looks normal to me. However, someone will likely come along with better input

That's still a very small tortoise.
It takes some time for some bumps and bulges to go away from when they were jammed into the egg.
That may just be a temporary thing.
If the area doesnt grow in size or peel or do anything "unusual"...I wouldn't worry about it.
