Hi guys,
So I finished Trinity's, and the babies outdoor enclosure. I've been busy! lol. She's actually been in it for awhile now, I just didn't have time to post, and then I started on the babies indoor enclosure.
So I used the same 3.5 millimeter thick vapor barrier, and made her a really great space, with a shelf that she loves basking on. The ramp is covered with the rubber grip stuff so that she can use the ramp with ease! I also put her feeding rock up there to keep her motivated!
The other side is where the babies will be depending on weather, and only for a short while.
I bought new plants and rocks, which I thoroughly washed, because all the plants had the perlite, which I don't want her ingesting. And the rocks were dusty. I've actually got her another pool, and need to install. She has a petunia, 2 hibicus, 2 palms, draceana plants and grass is shooting up! She loves snacking on the grass, and eating her hibiscus flowers!
Her house which is under the shelf, and has a heat mat under it, on a thermostat set to 75, and on a timer. I wasn't sure about the heated mat, but it's been around 63 during the night, so I just wanted to be safe. She's been tucking herself into bed every night.
I also water and spray down the enclosure especially when it's sunny to raise humidity.
Hope everyone likes, and let me know about any improvements.
