Reddish dots on his face and orange reddish ball on his face

Help with possible infection?

I have a sulcata tortoise and he has a orangish reddish ball on the side of his face next to his mouth and nose. He was okay yesterday but today he had a dot on the side of his face a ball a reddish orangish color idk how long it was there I just know he didn’t have it yesterday it already fell off however, I also just noticed he had four reddish bumps on the right side of his face should I be worried? I was gone for a four days and my bf took care of him and I got regular pictures I didn’t get any update pictures yesterday or today (got him back today) so the ball thing happened today it fell off by itself so I’m assuming it was part of his dry fruit or something but he still has the reddish bumps that could have appeared either yesterday or today.

I definitely don't have the best eyesight on this (or any) forum. But I just don't see anything I'd be concerned about.
I think you probably answered your own question. That it was just stuff stuck on his/her face
