I have driven thru the Arizona deserts a few times. I do love the desert. I think it is beautiful in a different way from places that are beautiful for their flowers and colors.
I also think downtown Chicago is beautiful.

We were there not long ago and saw some wild donkeys
One of our favorites of the desert, the wild burrows. We had a really fun encounter last spring heading down into death valley. The personalities of the burrows is extraordinary. @EppsDynasty and I couldn't stop laughing at them trying to stick their nose and/or tongues in our windows. And those BIG TEETH they have....so hilarious. The kids were especially pleased with the videos they got. Very fun time, we are even heading back there in a couple weeks to explore some more!
