Hi guys! I just got this red foot tortoise about a week ago and noticed the bottom of his shell looking like this… I’m very new to tortoises so I was wondering if this could be shell rot or some kind of fungi? and any tips on how I should take care of this if so? Thank you!!

He/she looks perfectly fine.
A Redfoot is a specialized tropical tortoise that needs a tropical environment with high humidity and 24/7 temperatures of between 80 and 88.
How are you keeping him?
What is the enclosure?
What is your lighting and heating?
What are you feeding?
I'll (we) need to know more so that we can help you best
