Welcome, Swati. Beautiful star!! Good place to come for advice. Perhaps you could describe & provide more pictures of your star's enclosure (s), lighting set up, humidity, foods you feed him. Is he eating ok? Do you give your star soakings & how often? Any additional photos & info always helps.

Hi, sorry to hear about your poorly tortoise.

There is some evidence that vitamin a deficiency can lead to puffy eyes, I am not justifying its use just saying that is probably why they adminster it. For a tortoise to be vitamin a deficient though it has to have a pretty poor diet. Tobramycin is an antibiotic, if the puffiness cleared up within 2-3 days of applying that I would ask the vet for more of it. If that doesnt work then time to try something else.

Do you have any lighting over it indoors, for heat/uvb/light? What kind of enclosure is it in?

60 is way too cold for a star. Shouldn't drop below 80.

Newspaper is the wrong substrate.

What type of lighting are you using? Any UV bulbs? What type?

Where in the world are you? Please add that to your user profile.

Here is the correct care info:
