I want UVA, UVB lamps? where are they available?
Instead of them can I use incandesant or mercry vapour lamps?

Incandesant is heat only, Mercury Vapor is heat and UVA/UVB. If you can find a mercury Vapor that would be good.

Incandescent are just UVA and heat, at best - mercury vapor bulbs will do heat, UVA, and UVB.

As long as your getting your tort in the sun for an hour or two a day minimum...you can get by on an incandescent bulb. Fluorescent tubes and Mercury Vapor Bulbs are ONLY necessary when your tortoises are permanently housed inside!
