This pair came to us not that long ago and they are doing well. The male is quite the character and might just end up being a bully judging by his intense breeding interests. His personality is comparable to that of a Blanding's turtle, he's dog-like.

They are huge, fully blown and just awesome. High yellow is nice of course and we've had a few "one of a kinds" but there's nothing like that smooth, deep, blue-black shell with yellow lines on a BIG adult. Can't beat it. :cool:

That female's pattern is phenomenal! Absolutely love the the thin, radiating lines. :)
