Hello, I have a Russian that I got from petsmart a few months back and when I got her her shell had a few bumps on it but recently I've seen pictures of shells that are smoother than this and got me concerned. I live in Louisiana and I was told it was due to the sudden change in humidity. A coworker of mine said that she was most likely wild caught. If this is the case is there anything I can do to help her like get a dehumidifier?

I also want to ask if my tortoise looks healthy and there's anything wrong with her shell

This is a healthy looking russian tort, nothing wrong with its shell. The 'bumpiness' is indicative of a wild caught tortoise, as most russians are unfortunately.
