So, I recently bought this costly product on Amazon. I thought my trort will enjoy it, but he is not even looking at it. He have never been fed tortoise food. He always eats veggies, but I thought this will bring some variety. When I saw the product, it was too solid. I tried to soak it in water but it became like wet soil.

Any help.

Yes you soak it and let it get to mush. Then to get him to eat it, add a little smeared into his greens. As he eats it you can add more.
Tortoises don't like change. It takes some work from you to get new foods introduced.

That product is basically made of grains, sugar, and mass-produced nutrients. It really should only be used as a vitamin/mineral supplement.

Turtles and tortoises fed that type of thing on a daily basis are at high risk for being overweight, having disruption of their digestive flora, and other illnesses related to eating too much carbohydrate.

There are better pelleted foods for tortoises (Mazuri, for example). But in India, you no doubt have access to a great variety of nutritious vegetation, which is their proper diet.

If you want to use it as a dietary supplement, you will have to melt it and smear it on foods your pet already likes.
