Question about the Rep cal multivitamin

Should I use this for my Sulcata (8 months old)? Would it be better if I use Mazuri 2 times a week instead of getting this multivitamin? If I do need it how much and how often should she get it?

I like that stuff and use it about once a week. I also feed Mazuri about twice a week.
