Pyramiding?

I bought 2 tortoises a month ago from a reptile shop. Can anyone tell me if one of them is showing early signs of pyramiding. The tort isnt very active and wants to burrow all the time. I have been hand feeding the tort as it is reluctant to go to food when i place it on slate. It only feeds on a couple of leaves of dandelions. I was told by shop owner it was hatched in 2014.
I have attached some pics.
Thanks for any help.

Yes it is pyramiding.
How do you keep them, inside or outside? Pictures of the enclosure would be helpful. Maybe you should try to separate them.

I live in Scotland and the Summer here so far hasnt been very good. If its good weather they get out for the afternoon but mainly so far they have been housed inside.
Should i take the Tort back to reptile shop as it was bought like this?

If you return it, it will continue to get more of what led to this state. If you keep it, you can give it a better life. Your call.

Are they living as a pair? Are they the same species?
