Puffy white itchy eyes

My turtle is under a 75watt light 85 degreesF and bark for the ground. there is a heating pad in. Baths nightly. his eyes are puffy white and he rubs his face with hist front legs quite a bit.

What kind of bulb are your using? If it's any type of coil bulb, stop using it. They have been known to cause eye problems.

They don't look bad in the pic... But like Wellington said stop using coil bulbs if that's what your using.
