I have been very concerned with my tortoise. He has been peeing a weird yellowy liquid. what could it be? i feed him various greens with hay on top and a calcium supplement. He has grass growing in his enclosure and loves to munch on it. here's some picks of what i have been seeing.

I agree with Laura, it looks like uratesto me. Since you got your finger into it is it smooth or gritty? Because if it is gritty then you need to hydrate your little one more. But urates are a natural part of the evacuation process. Its the calcium salts that they have not used up. Remember when you wash to sing, "twinkle twinkle little star" or the "Happy Birthday" song for correct timeing :D , ;)
